Thanks for checking out our website! Hess Road is a family friendly church located in rural Appleton, New York,  between the Newfane and Somerset Communities. We'd love to have you visit us.

If you’re planning to join us on Sunday, we want to make sure you know what to expect!

Our Sunday morning worship service is at 10:30am. Enter through the glass doors under the carport and you will be welcomed by our hospitality team. The Worship Center is located on the left, but if you turn right you’ll find restrooms down the hall and, beyond that, a fellowship hall where you could get some coffee.

A countdown clock assures the service will start promptly. Our worship service includes prayer, praise music, and preaching of the good news of God. Several prayers are offered by church leaders throughout the service. Our praise music consists of songs directly from Scripture, the traditional hymns of the church, and more recently written praise songs that you might hear on Christian radio, all led by those from our congregation gifted in music. Our pastors preach from God’s word covering books of the Bible and topics of importance to the community.

If you have a little one (ages 0-4), our staffed nursery (just beyond the glass doors) is available for the entire service. A little less than half-way through the service, children PreK thru 5th grade are invited to a children’s ministry area designed specifically for their ages. When the service concludes, children are picked up by their parents/guardians in the Wendler Christian Life Center (accessed through the fellowship hall). Don't feel comfortable being separated from your child? That's OK! Kids are more than welcome to stay in the service with you.

If you have any questions please feel free to talk to someone at the Welcome Desk in the foyer. You can also just stop in to say hello, because our team has a special gift for you, as a thank you for visiting.
